Amazon Office Space Converted Into Supportive Housing for Mary's Place Nonprofit

Mary's Place Family Center is featured in Architects Newspaper, in recognition of Amazon's gifted space within the Nitro South tower. This conversion of office space to supportive housing provides a new home base to Mary's Place efforts in serving families in need. The 8-story, 63,000-square-foot space is designed by Graphite Design Group and aids over 300 people daily. Working in tandem with Mary’s Place, the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities team, Seneca Group and GLY construction, the Graphite design team was able to radically re-imagine what a family shelter could be by occupying sections of eight floors in the company’s complex.
