hile Graphite was in the midst of developing their new prototype, Rock Bottom had a great opportunity to design and develop a Flagship location in Daytona, Florida. Positioned in the shadow of the Dayton Raceway, this location contains two interior floors of bar and dining, and a rooftop deck with its own bar for guests. The Brewhouse is fully viewable from the inside and outside of the property. The main dining room has a grand two story space, with lots of natural light.
If you are a Daytona Race Fan, Rock Bottom is your place to revel before or after the races. The rooftop deck gives the guest a great view back to the raceway.
We are TANK to TABLE
All Rock Bottom beer is made on-site by their brewers. Any brew that does not meet their very high standards goes right down the drain. The beers have never been exposed to light, heat, or oxygen like mass-produced beer, so maximum freshness is maintained. Peak flavors take priority: the beers do not sit around for months in bottles or kegs.
