e developed tools for MOD Pizza and the Graphite team that allow the design team to create store concepts that could then be seamlessly integrated into the construction and permit document packages. The efficient use of the Guide Set and our ability to scale the team resulted in being assigned projects outside our primary region and at one point delivering projects in all regions nationwide. With over 220 projects completed, we look forward to many more to come as the brand continues to evolve, expand and gain national recognition.
As MOD Pizza’s partner since 2014, the regular face-to-face collaborations between our two teams have allowed us to work closely on new initiatives, as well as solving maintenance and operational issues that arise.
Evolution and Deployment
As Graphite is licensed for permitting in all US states and DC, we have helped accelerate the evolution and deployment of the Guide Sets. This has contributed to MOD Pizza quickly becoming the fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant company in the United States for several consecutive years.
