iteLine is the MainStreet Property Group’s (MSPG) first Seattle development. MSPG was voted developer of the year by the Washington State’s NAIOP Organization in 2020. The SiteLine project is in the shadow of the Space Needle and is a celebration of Seattle’s Sports, Music and Arts. The project is a blend of experiences that are themed to greater connect the project with the city.
Upon entering the lobby tenants and guested will be greeted by a two-story glass sculpture, upscale finishes and lighting, filling the space with intrigue. From the lobby you have access to the Seattle Rockers Green Room lounge, or a trip into the past when entering the SiteLine Speakeasy Bar and Lounge. Other amenities’ can be found on the second and eighth floor. One level above the lobby is the fitness room. On the eighth floor is a French Style bistro with a demonstration kitchen, the Seattle Sports Lounge and the Seattle Gaming Lounge.
